Payment Policy

Standard Orders

Orders placed outside Rawalpindi & Islamabad require 100% advance payment for the product.

Shipping charges will be calculated separately according to the delivery location.

Customized / Made-to-Order Orders

• All customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured furniture/products require 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
• The remaining 50% balance will be payable before delivery or at the time of delivery, as mutually agreed.
• This policy applies to all customized orders across Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and other cities in Pakistan.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
